Estado y sociedad civil : limitaciones de políticas en la nueva cuestión social

El derrumbe del modelo desarrollista, imperante en la sociedad capitalista entre las décadas del 40 y 70, hizo reformular los enfoques clásicos y conducir al neoliberalismo y posteriormente al neoestructuralismo.

Ambas variantes han tendido a homologarse, tanto en el papel del Estado como de la participación social. Por ello las políticas públicas y sociales tienden a realzar la base técnica y limitar la presión de las fuerzas sociales.

The fall of the developing model dominating the capitalist society between the decades of the forties and seventies produced a reform in the classical approaches and led to neo-liberalism and later on to neo-structuralism.

Both trends have tended to homologate themselves in terms of the role played by the State, as well as in social participation. Therefore, public and social policies have been oriented to emphasize the technical basis and limit the pressure of social forces.
